We are Bloodwise (becoming Blood Cancer UK on 31 March), and we want to change the world for all blood cancer patients. Every year we stop more people dying of blood cancer and our researchers are even working to stop people developing blood cancer in the first place.

We are looking for a Public Affairs & Campaigns Officer to join us who is passionate about influencing government, MPs and Lords to ensure the needs of people affected by blood cancer are at the heart of decision making. 

If you have experience working in parliament or another public affairs environment, are able to build relationships to influence government and parliament, and want to put your skills to use to deliver outcomes for people affected by blood cancer, this could be the role for you.

The Public Affairs and Campaigns Officer will have a vital role in ensuring our mission becomes a reality. You will work in the Policy and Campaigns Team and will lead on Bloodwise’s relationships with MPs and members of the House of Lords. Working closely with colleagues including the Head of Policy and Campaigns, Policy Manager and Policy Officer you will be responsible for developing a compelling and persuasive narrative to support our proposals to help people with blood cancer and their families.
