Job Title: School Programmes Manager
Working For: Fearless Futures
Fearless Futures engages people in critical thought to understand and challenge the root causes of inequalities and grow powerful new ways of leading and designing transformative change.
We do this through equity, leadership and design programmes for self-identifying young women and young non binary people in schools and people in the workplace. We are the only UK organisation running multi-week equality and leadership development programmes for girls and non binary people in schools. We’re hiring a School Programmes Manager, and we’d love to hear from you!
Our schools business is core to our mission and the difference we make in the world. You will manage the growth and delivery of all of our school programmes.
You will grow our schools programmes through varied, active and persistent engagement with potential new school clients and partners. You will use your passion, the impact of our programmes and an understanding of their school content to engage school leaders to invest in our programmes for their young people.
You will also manage the delivery of engaging and impactful school programmes, managing all curriculum, logistics and facilitators. You will ensure all programmes are of a consistently high-quality, all facilitators have everything they need to succeed and all schools and school students have an educationally transformative and logistically-smooth experience of Fearless Futures (from the very start to the end of the programme).
This role will report into our Chief Programmes Officer, Sara Shahvisi. This role will lead on all of our schools work and be the only member of staff working on this area of the business in the first instance – though with the potential to manage a growing team and programmes across the country (dependent on sales and performance). We see this role as growing into a leadership role in the organisation.
