Job Title: Leadership Development Programme

Salary: £18,240 starting salary (reviewed every April)

Are you excited to work at the heart of the UK’s largest and most dynamic city-region? We are seeking talented individuals with big ambitions to join our new Leadership Development Programme.
Our Programme has been designed to challenge you as well as give you vital experience, with a chance to complete a number of placements across the organisation offering opportunities to gain exposure to real business challenges, as well as gaining a formal management qualification by completing a fully funded Degree in Management and Business, all whilst receiving coaching from experienced managers, a dedicated mentor and buddy. The Programme lasts four years and after successful completion you are expected to be appointed to a role leading and developing a team to tackle some of the key transport issues the region faces.
You will have (or be expected to achieve) a minimum of 2 A levels equating to 104 UCAS tariff points or equivalent qualifications. You will also require Maths and English Language GCSE grade A*-C/9-5. You will have strong analytical reasoning skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to organise and schedule your time effectively, effective team working and a commitment to your own personal development. You must also be a resident within the Greater Manchester boundary.
