Job Title: Campaigns Officer
Working For: NSPCC
Salary: £24,000 - £28,651 plus London Weighting of £3,366 per annum
The NSPCC’s has an ambitious strategy to make 5 million children safer by 2021by focusing our work on 5 goals that tackle the most important issues that children and families face today. By pulling all our work together around these priorities, we expect to achieve greater impact for children and to inspire others to join us in our fight for childhood.
This is an exciting new position that plays a key role in the NSPCC’s influencing work.
As a Campaigns Officer you will by delivering a set of campaign communications and activities across the spectrum of communications disciplines namely; media, public affairs, events, supporter communications, social and digital media, internal communications and marketing.
We are looking for a Campaigns Officer who is proactive, innovative and has experience of successful delivering of policy influencing campaigns that can:
verbally convey information to a range of audiences in a clear, inspiring and confident way
establish, develop and maintain relationships and negotiate with a wide variety of people
demonstrate flexibility, initiative and creativity in order to react and identify to internal and external opportunities and challenges
This is a great opportunity to be part of part of a project team who design and deliver policy influencing campaigns to help end cruelty to children.
