Job Title: Interim Manager
Working For: A client of Longmire Recruitment
Salary: £32,000 - £39,000 pro rata
Position: 6 month fixed term contract
This membership organisation is recruiting an interim Policy and Parliamentary Office Manager. This is a busy and rewarding role in which you will manage the organisations public affairs agenda and be responsible for policy issues in Scotland. You will also manage the office and project manage and coordinate committee meetings, conferences and finances.
• You will have proven experience of managing, delivering and budgeting for multiple tasks/events.
• An experienced line manager, you will be comfortable developing a small team.
• You will have previous experience of Scottish parliamentary affairs and political engagement, and you will ideally have an understanding of health and mental health policy in Scotland.
• You will have a proven track record of committee management at a senior level.
