Working Hours: Full time
Contract: 12 months renewable
Reporting to: Senior Project Coordinator
TimeBank is a national volunteering charity. We run volunteering projects which are designed to tackle social issues, from social exclusion to digital inclusion. We know the difference volunteers can make and are constantly expanding our tried and tested volunteer mentor model. In addition, we run employee volunteering programmes for corporates to support their staff to volunteer in their local communities.
Purpose of the role
To coordinate and administer the delivery of all employee volunteering. To launch the Christmas campaign in the autumn, and lead delivery of our ‘Christmas Party volunteering’. This role involves providing support to employee volunteers and the local organisations they give time to. You will be inspiring, guiding and informing volunteers by email and phone. This could be their first volunteering experience and we need you to help them have a positive encounter with volunteering, sustain their interest and help them to make a real difference to their communities. You will become a vital part of TimeBank’s high quality, end-to-end volunteer journey.
