Agora is the UK’s open forum for foreign policy. As such we are a British foreign policy think tank but, unlike traditional think tanks, we use a grassroots approach in our work.
We are part of a global network of open think tanks. Our partners are Polis180 in Germany, Argo in France, and Foraus in Switzerland. This exciting network is ever expanding and there are already plans for grassroots think tanks in Belgium, Ireland, Austria, and Austria.
Our membership comes from a diverse range of professional, academic, and personal backgrounds. What brings us together is a desire to make a meaningful contribution to discussions of international affairs.
We launched in London in November 2017 and are now looking for passionate and talented people to write for our blog. Our research is split into five programmes, covering the topics of Defence & Security, Europe, Migration, Energy & Climate, and Identities. Blogs must be original, evidence-based and be related to British foreign policy and international affairs. They should also be between 500-800 words.
For more information see our website: http://agorathinktank.org/.
Unfortunately, we are unable to pay writers but we will try and work with you to develop your writing style and will provide opportunities for greater involvement in a dynamic think tank.
