Job Title: Consultancy Coordinator

Salary: £22,000 to £27,000 per annum

Job Details

We are looking to appoint a Consultancy Coordinator to manage the process for bespoke consultancy requests from clients in the UK. The role sits within a team of three people, who provide services and support for schools and other education sector clients.

Main purpose of the role:

  • To successfully coordinate all ISIC UK consultancy engagements and the venue hire office

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

UK Consultancy

  • Coordinate responses to UK consultancy requests from schools, including the effective identification of needs and requirements, deployment of appropriate consultants to match requirements, production of quote documents that meet margin targets, making final arrangements for the teams and gathering and acting on feedback from clients
  • Coordinate the delivery of consultancy outputs to agreed timescales and to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Log, invoice and initiate evaluations
  • Log and track income and expenditure for consultancy activities and maintain accurate records of all consultancy activity
  • Editing reports to maintain branding criteria
  • Liaise with the finance team ensuring all invoices are issued on time
  • Ad-hoc website updates and data research

Venue Hire

• Coordinate responses to venue hire requests

Supporting Seminar Coordinator (when required)

  • Communication with delegates and managing the booking system
  • Request, have approved and distribute training materials
  • Liaise with the finance team ensuring all invoices are issued on time
  • Support the Seminar Coordinator in the administration of events

Marketing and Promotion

  • Support the active promotion of ISIC consultancy
  • Lead the marketing and promotional activity for the ISIC venue along with leading on account management
  • Support consultancy and training related projects/events as directed by the Head of Consultancy

Ideal candidates will have

  • Excellent IT skills, including the ability to create and manipulate complex spreadsheets
  • Able to be a good team member and to work independently
  • Ability to work with accuracy when under pressure
  • Anticipates and handles critical situations
  • Good general education, probably to degree level
  • Administrative experience in organising training, events or other complex activity
  • Experience in dealing with intelligent, sharp and demanding colleagues
  • Some sales experience
